Final Promotion items

Here are the changes of the promotion items.

Dear all,

I am sorry that I reply you about the design too late. Here's find the suggestions after the meeting with my colleagues.


Promotion Item，我們較喜歡「拍字薄」的 design，即 set Two；

1. 我們想了解若我們中心的名稱 (即：香港聖公會東涌綜合服務) 放於上面，會否影響 design？
2. 而Children Development Fund 應該是Child Development Fund；這個英文及「兒童發展基金先導計劃」可縮小一點；
3. 而 人生「才」富 - 師友創新天計劃，富字與師字之間應有 - ，另外，我們想此project 名放大一點；
4. 而勞工福利局的名稱可不出，因已有CDF 的logo；
5. 由於整個design 也較plain，我們想問可否加點colour，令整個感覺也colourful 一點，影相時也會attractive一些；
6. 而在leaflet 中，由於中心的名稱現放於內頁，我們想放於摺疊之後的正面，而口號「童行成長，活出理想」可否亦放在正面？
7. 在膠folder 中，沒有了中心名，以及計劃名，而且，那個主角的樣子可以可愛一點，因感覺有點「狡猾」；
8. 在紙folder 中，中心名亦放了在內頁，希望可放回第一頁。

** Analysis = point out why clients want to have that elements
     Explain = point out how we achieved the elements through our design
     Test results = some tests of element with bad results (as to support our idea)

C). List of the things client will have:

2.     DVD included all the other things

a.     Poster (format??)

b.     Leaflet (format??)

c.      Folder (format??)

** Promotion team, please think about the formats of the Poster, leaflet and folder

Animation:
- BE QUICK!!
- modify the establishing shot
- add layer to the coins jar
- credit to the helpers

Background music:
- a little messy
- too soft at the beginning (scene 2)
- add music at the beginning (scene 1)

Promotion items:
- quote the budget for the client
- no other promotion items?
- find real products with similar printing method to client for reference
- design layouts ready


Points to note for Thursday:
- analyze and identify the problems and requirement the client gave
- explain the method that we took to fulfill the requirement
- have to response to all requests
- tests with bad results can be shown for supports
- give client a list of what she will have for this project, eg. DVD
(state all details for each thing)
- have to hand in 11 disc in total
