These are some example of the recycle bag. It can carry all the promotion items for the participations. It makes the promotion items look like a whole set.

Also they can carry them while out for promoting the programe too.

This is another ads by government years ago, the style is a bit alike as the first one

The color tone is grey and it's by hand drawing.

The color is mostly in soft and light tone and it is also by hand drawing.

It is using "麥兜" as the charactor which is already popular in HK.
